Document The Progress follows a basketball player through an ordinary practice, the kind made of a thousand moments you barely notice while you're in them. Every dribble, every pass, every shot happens too fast to see. So the camera keeps rolling, and nothing gets lost: the plays you missed, the small wins, the reps no one else was there for. It's only when you watch it back that it all starts to make sense. Progress is quiet while you're making it. Then one day you press play, and see how far you've come.
